Compliance Officer

Responsibilities:
- Drafting and vetting contracts to ensure compliance with legal requirements and internal policies.
- Develop and implement internal policies, including but not limited to Anti-Bribery and Corruption Policy, ESG Policy, POSH, and Vendor Management.
- Conduct vendor due diligence to assess compliance risks and ensure the integrity of business relationships.
- Assist in Internal Audits and Statutory Audits.
- Liaoning with internal committees.
- Provide formal training sessions for vendors and employees to create awareness and adherence to company policies at the group level.
- Create and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for various compliance processes.
- Ensuring Compliance with the Companies Act, 2013, half-yearly, annual and event-based compliances.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Law/Qualified Company Secretary/or a Masters’s Degree in a related field.
- 3 to 6 years of experience in compliance management, contract drafting, and policy implementation.
- Knowledge of legal and regulatory requirements related to compliance areas.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.

**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,911.79 per month
