Profile introduction:

- We are seeking an experienced and passionate Continental Chef to join our culinary team. As a Continental Chef, you will be responsible for crafting exquisite dishes rooted in European cuisine, showcasing your expertise in preparing a diverse range of Continental delicacies. Your creativity, precision, and dedication to delivering high-quality dining experiences will be instrumental in delighting our guests and upholding our culinary standards.

**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and cook a variety of Continental dishes with emphasis on European cuisines such as French, Italian, Spanish, and more.
- Develop innovative and appealing menus in line with seasonal availability and culinary trends.
- Ensure the highest standards of food quality, taste, and presentation are consistently met.
- Supervise and train kitchen staff, ensuring adherence to recipes, portion sizes, and quality standards.
- Manage kitchen inventory, ordering supplies, and maintaining equipment.
- Monitor food costs and assist in budgeting to optimize kitchen profitability.
- Uphold food safety and sanitation regulations at all times.

**Requirements**:

- In-depth knowledge and expertise in Continental cuisine, including classic and contemporary dishes.
- Strong leadership and communication skills to effectively lead a kitchen team.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and quality.
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.
- Creative flair and passion for experimenting with flavors and ingredients.
- Culinary degree or relevant certification is a plus.
- Languages: English, Marathi, Hindi.

**Salary**: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
