**Role Overview**:As a Freelance Photographer, you will be an integral part of our creative team, responsible for capturing captivating moments at our clients' night life parties and events. Your role will involve skillfully documenting these occasions through high-quality photographs that resonate with the target audience. The primary focus will be on creating reels and curating content for various social media platforms, including Instagram and others.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Attend night life parties and events as assigned by the company to capture candid and engaging photographs that highlight the atmosphere, emotions, and unique moments of each event.
- Use your creative vision and technical skills to capture visually stunning images that align with the clients' brand and event themes.
- Collaborate closely with our creative team to ensure the captured moments translate into compelling reels and social media content that generate interest and engagement.
- Edit and retouch photographs to enhance their visual appeal while maintaining a natural and authentic feel.
- Deliver content within specified timelines, adhering to project guidelines and quality standards.
- Stay updated with current photography and social media trends to ensure our content remains fresh and engaging.
- Communicate effectively with clients and team members to understand their vision and requirements.
- Collaborate with the social media team to ensure the content aligns with the overall social media strategy and branding.

**Requirements**:

- A passion for photography, with a portfolio that demonstrates a keen eye for composition, lighting, and capturing candid moments.
- Proficiency in using professional photography equipment and tools, including cameras, lenses, and editing software (e.g., Adobe Lightroom, Photoshop).
- Basic understanding of video editing to create reels is a plus.
- Strong creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to adapt to different event scenarios and lighting conditions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with clients and team members.
- A proactive and self-motivated approach to work, with the ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines.
- Willingness to work during night hours and weekends as required by the nature of night life events.
- Prior experience in event photography or social media content creation is an advantage but not mandatory.
