Roles and Responsibilities:
As an Individual you would be responsible for Sustaining and development of Enterprise Contact Center. Must have good communication skills and must be a standout colleague. Fully understand the Software lifecycle process and methodology. A self-starter who is motivated and willing to seek challenging problems. You will be working with like-minded hardworking Engineers in maintaining, designing, and building the contact center portfolio products. Work closely with other functions such as Product Management, UX and Quality Engineering to ensure right products/features are built with the highest possible quality.
- Build high performance, highly scalable, complex, and distributed systems - end to end
- Develop simple solutions to address complex problems.
- Contribute to a future-ready, high quality, and performant code base.
- Bring technical solutions to the leadership team, feedback on solutions recommended, new product ideas with the team through design review, pair programming, code review and tech talk.
- Ability to share technical solutions and product ideas with the broader team through design review, code review, proof-of-concepts and show and tell
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute ideas to our technology, algorithms, and products
- Sustain existing and Implement new features in a highly collaborative environment with product managers, UI/UX experts, and software and hardware engineer

Technical Skills:

- Degree in Software / Computer Science / Engineering desirable
- 5+ years software engineering experience
- You are Application developer in Telecom with 8+ Years of experience in below technologies:

- Strong development skills in C++ (Or Java),.NET, Win 32, Data Structures, Algorithms
- Experience in Perl / Shell Scripting
- Excellent debugging/troubleshooting skills
- Build and test your code using junit/google test
- Proven experience in Enterprise level software and ability to handle critical customer issues.
- Excellent communication skills and a good teammate.
- Proven ability to learn quickly
- Experience in Agile development practices
- Desirable Skills:

- Contact Center knowledge/experience
- Understanding of database query performance and optimization.
- Knowledge of SIP/VoIP protocols. Process & Soft Skills:

- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ready to explore newer technologies to make the development process easier.
- Able to solve problems independently, taking ownership of the projects you work on.
- Highly organized and thorough with critical attention to detail and documentation
- Proactive, self - motivated, and strong ability to learn new things.
- Team player
