Telesales Executive

Data Sourcing:

- Gathering good leads from Indiamart daily.
- Gathering leads from offline, google search, just dial.
- Record data in excel.
- Check our ecommerce channels for orders. Update keywords daily. Schedule orders for packaging and pickup.

Sales Calls:

- Call customers and understand their requirements.
- Propose products based on their requirements.
- Position Arthlings products as the best choice for the customer.

Sales Recording:

- Record sales data in Arthlings sales sheet and audio on NextCloud.
- Take customer feedback and record data in the sales excel sheet.
- If the customer is positive, request them to share their reviews on the platform from where they bought or online platform(Amazon,Flipkart or website).
- If a customer is negative, apologize and inform the lead and management immediately.

**Knowledge Required**:

- Microsoft Word & Excel

**Salary**: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Morning shift

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Sales: 1 year (preferred)
