As **Chargeback Expert **you will be part of the Risk team. Your experience working with Card Schemes will be your strongest asset in this role. **Your challenges will be**:

- Support the operational chargeback handling processes on a daily basis, Issuing and Acquiring side of the business.
- Maximize recovery throughout the dispute process and make recommendations to enhance effectiveness over the bad debt recovery processes.
- Process and execute all correspondence with the card schemes and other payment schemes.
- Be responsible for the reporting and analysis of the chargeback/fraud data.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address and resolve issues and manual processing errors related to acquiring and issuing chargebacks.
- Collaborate with Transaction Monitoring team and Merchant Risk Assessment team over fraud and chargebacks reduction.
- Support preparation of merchant fraud awareness programs and chargeback trainings.

**Your Profile**:

- Experience with dispute cycles on the Issuing and Acquiring side.
- Experience with card schemes rules and regulations (Issuing and Acquiring).
- Good knowledge of various payment systems at an international level is considered a plus.
- University degree in Economics/Finance/Mathematics or similar.
- Very good command of written and spoken English.
- Team player - strong communication, collaboration and problem-solving skills.
- Previous experience with Risk, Fraud and/or Chargeback handling is considered a strong advantage.
- Good knowledge in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, and Word).
- Excellent analytical skills.
- Experience working with Visa Claims and MasterCom Claims Manager will be considered an advantage.
- Detail-oriented, organized and eager to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment individual.
