**DESCRIPTION**

Key Responsibilities
- **Supplier Management** : Proactively contact suppliers to maintain and update relevant data, obtain necessary documentation, and integrate suppliers into procurement systems.
- **Documentation** : Document closure and complete recording activities for various contracts and supplier documentation. Prepare and manage documentation for sourcing events.
- **Performance Support** : Support procurement activities to meet cost, quality, delivery, and inventory goals. Collaborate with supplier quality improvement engineers and category teams to enhance supplier performance.
- **Liaison** : Act as a liaison between procurement teams and other functions, facilitating effective communication and collaboration.
- **Health, Safety, and Environmental** : Participate in health, safety, and environmental awareness and improvement activities.
- **Project Participation** : Engage in project teams as needed to ensure effective implementation of changes and manage project deliverables within agreed timelines.
- **Data Integrity and Reporting** : Use process tools and business systems to provide repeatable analytics and reporting. Ensure the accuracy and integrity of all procurement information.
- **Additional Tasks** : Perform other tasks as assigned and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

- **Education**:

- High school diploma or equivalent. College or equivalent degree preferred. College or equivalent degree preferred.Written communication skills in English, preferred.This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations. **Experience**: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a related field.Experience using Microsoft office including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word required.Prior Supply Chain systems experience preferred.

**QUALIFICATIONS**

Basic Understanding of Procurement processes, & hands on experience of MS Excel.
- **Procurement Processes** : Basic understanding of procurement processes and hands-on experience with MS Excel.
- **Procurement Ethics** : Adhere to ethical standards and ensure compliance with procurement policies and procedures.
- **Procurement Policies, Procedures, and Tools** : Master relevant procurement tools and comply with all related policies and procedures.
- **Procurement Systems** : Recognize linkages to various systems (e.g., purchasing orders, payments, engineering releases) and troubleshoot data issues. Participate in the implementation of new purchasing systems.
- **Data Communication and Visualization** : Effectively illustrate data through reports and dashboards to convey business problems, solutions, and opportunities.
