**Objectives of the Position**
- To collect Color information from Auto-MFR and develop color formulation as per Glosar guidelines.
- Maintain and Manage Global Color data with all local color related information and developed formulae.
- Implementation of Safety, Health and environmental policy and objectives in the routine activities of the Color Lab.

**Main Tasks**
- To Formulate Color formulations as per marketing requirement adhering to GLOSAR procedures.
- Develop formulations in synchronized paint line and modify existing formulations for reproducibility at customer end.
- Update Global color software.
- Inventory Management - Support in maintaining inventory of ECR lab materials.
- Customer Visits - Attend customer queries and perform FC activities.
- Implement Standard Operating ISO/TS procedures in Lab.
- Implementation of Safety, Health and environmental policy and objectives in the routine activities of the Color laboratory.

**Minimum Education and Qualification Required for the Position**
- Education: Science Graduate (Chemistry stream)
- Working Experience (min required exp.): 2 years
- Technical & Professional Knowledge: IT soft skill.
