**Responsibilities**:
**Job Purpose**:
The NBFC Operations and Compliance Manager will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our company, with a focus on customer onboarding, compliance, and CIBIL reporting. They will play a critical role in ensuring that our operations are compliant with all applicable regulations and guidelines and also ensuring that all our documentations are in compliance with the internal and external processes.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Customer Onboarding**: Oversee the entire customer onboarding process, including preparation of agreements in coordination with the Legal Team, collection and verification of necessary documents, and performing KYC checks.
- **Compliance**: Ensure adherence to all NBFC compliance requirements and guidelines. Stay up-to-date with changes in regulations, laws, and industry practices that might affect the companys operations or policies.
- **CIBIL Reporting**: Manage all aspects of CIBIL reporting, ensuring accurate and timely reporting of customer credit information.
- **Risk Management**: Identify and assess potential operational risks and devise risk mitigation strategies.
- **Stakeholder Communication**: Effectively communicate and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including customers, regulators, and auditors.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelors Degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. A Masters degree will be an added advantage.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the operations department of an NBFC.
- In-depth knowledge of NBFC operations, customer onboarding procedures, KYC checks, and compliance regulations.
- Proven experience in CIBIL reporting.
- Understanding of the principles of risk management.
