**Requirement**:
**Planning**:Define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
Develop a detailed project plan, including timelines, resources, and budget.
Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues.
**Team Leadership**:Assemble and manage project teams.
Provide clear direction and motivation to team members.
Foster a collaborative and positive work environment.
**Project Execution**: Monitor project progress and ensure tasks are completed on schedule.
Manage project resources effectively.
Oversee quality control and ensure project objectives are met.
**Communication**:Act as the main point of contact for stakeholders and project team members.
Provide regular project status updates to senior management and stakeholders.
Resolve conflicts and issues that arise during the project.
**Budget Management**:Develop and manage project budgets.
Ensure projects are delivered within budget constraints.
**Risk Management**:Identify, assess, and mitigate risks.
Develop and implement contingency plans as needed.
**Change Management**:Adapt to changes in project scope, schedule, or budget.
Communicate changes and their impact to relevant parties.
**Documentation**: Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, reports, and records.
**Quality Assurance**:Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards.
Conduct regular reviews and evaluations.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
