We are seeking a talented and creative UI/UX Designer to join our team. As a UI/UX Designer, you will be responsible for designing intuitive, user-centric digital experiences that meet our clients' needs. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative solutions and create visually appealing and functional user interfaces.

Position: UI/UX Designer

Experience Level: 2 years

Work: Onsite

Location: Saidabad, Hyderabad

Work days: Mon-Fri (5-days)

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct user research, analyze user feedback, and translate it into design concepts.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and interactive mock-ups to illustrate design ideas and concepts.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and stakeholders, to ensure the successful implementation of designs.
- Develop and maintain design guidelines, style guides, and UI pattern libraries to ensure consistency across products and platforms.
- Conduct usability testing and gather insights to iterate and improve designs based on user feedback.
- Collaborate with developers to ensure the successful implementation of designs, providing necessary assets and specifications.
- Communicate and present design concepts and ideas effectively to stakeholders and clients.
- Write design document for mobile and web apps.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 2 years of professional experience as a UI/UX Designer.
- Solid portfolio showcasing your design skills, creativity, and attention to detail.
- Proficient in industry-standard design tools such as Figma or Adobe XD.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
- Experience in creating wireframes, prototypes, and interactive mock-ups using relevant design tools.
- Knowledge of responsive design principles and designing for various screen sizes and devices.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹10,938.56 - ₹47,086.30 per month
