IT Administrator

We are looking for an IT/System Administrator to maintain, upgrade and manage our software, hardware and networks. Resourcefulness is a necessary skill in this role. You should be able to diagnose and resolve problems quickly. You should also have the patience to communicate with a variety of interdisciplinary teams and users.

**Your goal will be to ensure that our IT/System infrastructure runs smoothly and efficiently.**

**Job description**

1. Must have knowledge of Exchange server installation & configuration

2. Must have knowledge of SCCM server installation & configuration

3. Must have knowledge of the O365 admin panel & G-suit Admin Panel.

4. Must have knowledge of firewalls (Sophos, Fortigate) configuration

5. Must have knowledge of Outlook configuration

6. Must have knowledge of Wi-Fi routers & access points configuration

7. Must have knowledge of O365 & Exchange server Hybrid Mode

8. Must have an expert on Windows & Mac Operating Systems

9. Must have knowledge of ADDC server installation & configuration

10.Must have knowledge of IT Infra (Hardware & Software)
- Proven experience as IT Administrator or relevant position.

Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving skills.

Hands on experience with Sophos devices and firewalls.

Basic troubleshooting on VPN Tunnel issues (site2site).

Hands on experience and good troubleshooting skills for Microsoft exchange servers.

Excellent communication ability.

Outstanding organizational and time-management skills.

In depth understanding of diverse computer systems and networks.

**Salary**: ₹9,610.54 - ₹39,754.36 per month
