**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan and conduct engaging and effective basketball training sessions for individuals and teams.
- Teach fundamental basketball skills, including shooting, dribbling, passing, defense, and teamwork.
- Develop personalized training programs tailored to the specific needs and goals of each player.
- Provide constructive feedback and guidance to players to help them improve their skills and performance.
- Analyze game footage and provide strategic advice on tactics and game situations.
- Foster a positive and supportive learning environment that promotes teamwork, sportsmanship, and a love for the game.
- Collaborate with other coaches and staff members to coordinate training schedules, events, and competitions.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, techniques, and developments in basketball coaching and training.

**Qualifications**:

- Coach PE Instructor(M.P.ED)
- Previous experience as a basketball coach/trainer at the youth, high school, college, or professional level.
- In-depth knowledge of basketball fundamentals, strategies, and rules.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with players, parents, and colleagues.
- Proven ability to motivate and inspire players to achieve their goals and reach their full potential.
- Ability to adapt coaching/training methods to accommodate different learning styles and skill levels.
- Certification from recognized coaching/training organizations (e.g., USA Basketball, National Federation of State High School Associations) is a plus.
- Passion for basketball and a genuine desire to help players succeed on and off the court.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
