**Job Summary**: The Purchase Executive will be responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and procuring materials, equipment, and services necessary for the manufacturing of solar panels. This role requires strong negotiation skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to manage supplier relationships to ensure timely and cost-effective procurement.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Supplier Management**:

- Identify, evaluate, and select suppliers based on quality, cost, and delivery performance.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers.
- Conduct regular supplier evaluations and audits to ensure compliance with company standards.
- **Procurement**:

- Source and procure raw materials, components, and services required for solar panel manufacturing.
- Ensure all purchases meet quality standards and are delivered on time.
- Monitor market trends and assess their impact on supply and demand.
- **Negotiation**:

- Negotiate contracts, terms, and conditions with suppliers to secure favorable agreements.
- Resolve any disputes or issues with suppliers in a timely and effective manner.
- **Inventory Management**:

- Maintain optimal inventory levels to support production needs while minimizing carrying costs.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the production team to forecast future requirements.
- **Documentation and Compliance**:

- Prepare and process purchase orders and requisitions.
- Ensure all procurement activities comply with company policies and procedures.
- Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and inventory.
- **Cost Control**:

- Monitor and control procurement budgets.
- Identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
- **Collaboration**:

- Work closely with the production, quality control, and finance departments to ensure seamless operations.
- Provide regular updates to management on procurement activities and supplier performance.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in procurement, preferably in the solar or renewable energy industry.
- Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Knowledge of supply chain management best practices and market trends.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience with ERP systems.
- Certification in supply chain management (e.g., CPSM, CPIM).
- Familiarity with local and international suppliers in the solar industry.

**Working Conditions**:

- Full-time position based in Amravati, Maharashtra.
- Occasional travel may be required to visit suppliers or attend industry events.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹13,000.00 per month
