**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee the day-to-day operation of the Effluent Treatment Plant.
- Monitor and maintain ETP equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Conduct regular inspections of the plant to identify and address any issues or abnormalities.
- Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and standards.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance plans for ETP equipment.
- Train and supervise ETP operators and technicians.
- Manage ETP budget and expenses.
- Coordinate with other departments to optimize plant performance and efficiency.
- Prepare reports on ETP operations and performance.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or related field.
- 5-10 years of experience working in the field of Effluent Treatment Plants.
- Strong knowledge of ETP systems, processes, and equipment.
- Familiarity with environmental regulations and standards.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Effective communication and leadership skills.
- Certification in ETP operations and maintenance (preferred)

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹37,731.21 per month
