Food Technologist

**Description**

We are seeking a skilled and experienced food technologist to join our team. As a food technologist, you will play a crucial role in the development and production of safe, nutritious, and delicious food products. You will utilize your expertise in food science and technology to ensure the highest standards of quality and safety are met throughout the entire food production process.

**Responsibilities**
- Conduct research to develop new food products and improve existing ones
- Develop and implement food processing techniques to optimize quality, safety, and efficiency
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and quality standards
- Conduct sensory evaluations to assess product quality and troubleshoot any issues
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, production, and quality assurance, to ensure successful product development and launch
- Stay updated on industry trends and innovations in food technology
- Perform regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with internal and external standards

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Food Technology, or a related field
- Proven experience as a food technologist or in a similar role
- In-depth knowledge of food science, microbiology, and food safety regulations
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Proficient in using industry-specific software and tools
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment
- Strong passion for food and a desire to innovate and create new products

Pay: ₹15,600.46 - ₹30,000.00 per month
