**Who are we looking for**

Sattva is conducting a value chain assessment in Madhya Pradesh to support the implementation of a project called Swayamshree, funded by Reliance Foundation and led by NGO partners Srijan and Pradan. **We require support of a qualitative researcher for 1-2 months. **The scope of the work that you will carry out will be as follows:
**_Data _**_Collection and Transcription_**
- Travelling to various districts in Madhya Pradesh to collect data
- Writing detailed notes in pre-made formats
- Speaking with women producers (agricultural and non-agricultural), market players (e.g. local traders, aggregators, processors, retailers and input sellers)

**What we are looking for**

The Qualitative Researcher will need the following:

- 2-4 years of experience working in the development sector,
- Willingness to travel across 4-5 districts of Madhya Pradesh,

- Past experience of working on market linkage for small scale producers or farmers / interviewing producer groups or farmers in rural areas
- Available to start full time no later than by 5th May, 2023
