**Tally Work**:

- Prepare purchase order
- Issued material entry
- Consumption entry
- Party statement /Party ledger entry
- Receipt note entry
- Purchase entry
- Debit note entry
- Check material status in storeroom as per Tally record
- **System work**:

- Prepare monthly report of consumption, purchase etc.
- Release store circular for medicine and other items.
- To check expiry date of all materials especially clinical items on monthly basis.
- Weekly audit of the store.
- Prepare store letter/Note for approval
- Renew quotation on every six month
- Send request for quotation to purchase all new materials required via mail/telephonic
- Update all equipment list & coding entry
- Record of all fixed assets

**Internal work:Marketing work**:

- Scan purchase order on daily, weekly & monthly basis and send to party by mail
- Maintain all monthly purchase bill on register
- To check expiry date of all materials especially clinical items on monthly basis
- Weekly audit of the store
- 3 monthly physical check in all department
- Follow up all party/vendor for material on telephone
- To check availability of all materials
- Bill submitted to account department on the 25th of every month.
- All record, register & file maintain.
- Prepare NABH documentation
- Maintain the condemn report and disposal of condemn items after approval of committee
- All maintenance items purchase by cash or credit from market.
- All departmental & emergency items purchase by cash or credit from market.
- Preparation and submission of documents for Annual Audit to the Account Department for financial year on time.
- As and when any work related to Institute will be assigned to you and your department would be also part of your work.

**Salary**: ₹22,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
