Salesman/cashier

**Overview**:
We're looking for a friendly and enthusiastic Sweet Shop Salesman to join our team. As a Sweet Shop Salesman, you'll be responsible for helping customers find their favorite sweets and treats, providing excellent service, and keeping our shop clean and organized.

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet customers with a smile and assist them in finding their desired sweets.
- Provide product recommendations and information about ingredients or flavors.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Keep shelves stocked and displays looking attractive.
- Maintain cleanliness and tidiness in the shop, including sweeping and wiping counters.
- Follow health and safety guidelines to ensure food hygiene standards are met.
- Assist in receiving and unpacking deliveries of new stock.
- Help with pricing and labeling products as needed.
- Answer customer inquiries and address any concerns or complaints politely and promptly.
- Work as part of a team to ensure smooth operation of the sweet shop.

**Requirements**:

- Friendly and outgoing personality with a passion for customer service.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift boxes of stock.
- Good communication skills in English (additional language skills may be a plus).
- Previous experience in retail or customer service preferred but not required.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to different tasks as needed.

**How to Apply**:
**Salary**: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,500.00 per month
