Field Associate

We're hiring for **Field Associate** role.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Event Planning and Execution: Plan and coordinate campaign events, rallies, town halls and community meetings.
- Volunteer Recruitment and Management: Recruit, train and manage a team of volunteers to assist with various campaign activities. Delegate tasks and responsibilities to volunteers based on campaign priorities.
- Data Collection and Reporting: Provide regular reports on field activities, voter contacts and campaign progress.
- Community Engagement: Build relationships with local community leaders, organizations and influencers. Attend community events to represent the campaign and establish a positive presence.

**Qualifications**:

- Proficiency in verbal Hindi and Nocte.
- A bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as political science, sociology, public relations or a related discipline is preferred.
- Previous experience in grassroots organizing, political campaigning, community outreach or a related field is preferred.
- Field Associates need to effectively convey campaign messages, engage with the community and articulate the goals of the organization.
- The ability to build and maintain positive relationships with community members, volunteers, and stakeholders is crucial.
- Collaboration with campaign teams, volunteers and other stakeholders is common. The ability to work effectively in a team, delegate tasks, and support others is important.
- Analyzing data, voter demographics and campaign metrics may be part of the role.
- The field environment can be dynamic and may require flexibility in working hours, locations and approaches.

**Job Type**: Temporary
Contract length: 2 months

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
