As a full-time Executive Journalist, you will be an integral part of our editorial team, responsible for writing and curating content for our newsletters and magazines. Your role will encompass a wide range of tasks to ensure the delivery of informative, engaging, and well-researched publications. Key responsibilities include:

- **Content Creation**: Craft well-written, original, and thought-provoking articles, features and stories for both newsletters and magazines. Your writing should demonstrate an in-depth understanding of the topics and resonate with our target audience.
- **Newsletter Production**: Take charge of newsletter creation, including content selection, formatting and scheduling. Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing and user-friendly newsletters.
- **Magazine Development**: Contribute to the conceptualization and planning of magazine themes, topics and content strategies. Write engaging articles and oversee the overall content flow for magazine issues.
- **Research and Fact-Checking**: Conduct thorough research to ensure the accuracy and credibility of all content. Adhere to high journalistic standards and verify information from reliable sources.
- **Editing and Proofreading**: Review and edit your own work, as well as that of fellow team members, to maintain consistency, clarity and adherence to the brand's style guidelines.
- **Stay Current**: Keep abreast of industry trends, current events and emerging topics to identify opportunities for unique and compelling stories.
- **Audience Engagement**: Monitor readers' feedback and insights to continually refine and improve content to better resonate with our audience.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in journalism, communications, or a related field. Additional certifications or qualifications in journalism are a plus.
- Proven experience as a journalist, with a track record of writing for newsletters and magazines.
- Strong writing skills, with an ability to adapt tone and style to suit different publications and audiences.
- Proficiency in conducting research and fact-checking to ensure accuracy and credibility.
- Understanding of digital media, SEO, and audience engagement strategies for online publications.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills to meet deadlines effectively.
- A keen eye for detail and a commitment to upholding ethical journalistic standards.
- Creative thinking and a passion for storytelling to create compelling narratives.

**Compensation and Benefits**:
We offer a competitive salary commensurate with experience and expertise. Additionally, as a full-time employee, you will be entitled to our comprehensive benefits package, which may include health insurance, retirement plans, paid time off, and opportunities for professional development.

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
