Electrical Maintenance Supervisor

Location: Sankrail Industrial Park, Poly Park, Dhulagori, Howrah, West Bengal 711302

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- 12 hours Rotational shift

**Job Description**:
Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise and coordinate the maintenance activities related to electrical systems and equipment.
- Conduct regular inspections to identify issues and ensure the proper functioning of machinery and equipment.
- Plan and execute preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and maximize operational efficiency.
- Troubleshoot electrical faults and perform repairs as necessary.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies in all maintenance activities.
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors for specialized maintenance tasks.
- Train and mentor maintenance technicians to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders and equipment maintenance history.
- Collaborate with other departments to support production goals and minimize disruptions.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to optimize maintenance processes and reduce costs.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma in Electrical Engineering or related field.
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in maintenance supervision, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong technical knowledge of electrical systems, motor drives, and industrial machinery.
- Excellent troubleshooting skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Proficiency in interpreting electrical schematics and diagrams.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Flexibility to work in rotational shifts and overtime as required.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
