Responsibilities:

- Develop scripts, plugins, and standalone exporters for converting glb files into various formats.
- Create scripts for repetitive tasks in 3ds Max or Maya such as batch processing, automation, and custom tools.
- Develop plugins for converting and baking CGI models for real-time rendering.
- Work closely with the design team to understand project requirements and provide technical support.
- Troubleshoot technical issues related to 3D programming and provide solutions.
- Debug and troubleshoot issues with existing tools and scripts.
- Stay up-to-date with new technologies and industry trends related to 3D programming.

**Requirements**:
Proficient in scripting languages such as Python, MaxScript, and MEL.

Familiar with 3ds Max or Maya and experienced in developing plugins for these software.

Experience with real-time rendering engines such as Unreal Engine or Unity.

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues.

Strong knowledge of mesh and texture compression techniques (Draco, KTX).

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Strong communication skills and ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical team members
