Overview:
**_
Role Purpose_**
- The purpose of the role is to provide timely, accurate andquality MIS reports, dashboards to the external & internalstakeholders of account(s) as per the defined process and standards ofsecurity and compliance._

**_
Dosssss_**
- **
Prepare timely and accurate MIS reports and dashboards asrequired by the stakeholders**
- _Interact and work closely with management, internal stakeholders& clients to understand the business information needs_
- _ Ensuring all reports & dashboards are prepared as perstakeholder requirements as per the desired frequency (weekly/ monthly/quarterly)_
- _ Ensure regular review with the MIS Team Lead for 100% accuracybefore populating any customized dashboard or generating any customizedreport_
- _ Track and follow up with relevant stakeholder for timelyupdation and data management of parameters (key SLA metrics such as run-rate etc.) _
- _Generate account level reports (billable and non-billable) onforecasting, scheduling (both onshore and offshore) and performanceagainst SLAs, CSAT, Quality etc. _
- _Ensure zero non-compliances on process audit on data securityand compliance_
- **Support and adopt tools and systems for efficient MISgeneration and reporting system**
- _ Continuous support to the manager in rolling out new techniquesand initiatives to increase productivity_
- _ Providing update to the manager on the progress of any new MISinitiatives_
- _ Perform periodic maintenance and servicing of MIS system toimprove operational efficiency_
- _ Adopt new tools, technology solutions and develop capabilitythrough training to improve own productivity. _
- _Develop analytical skills and understanding of statisticalanalysis to suggest improvement in the quality of analysis_
