**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and dedicated Health Inspector to join our team in the healthcare sector. This role is essential in ensuring that healthcare facilities comply with public health standards, regulations, and safety protocols. The Health Inspector will conduct routine and special inspections, assess facility cleanliness, safety, and infection control practices, and provide recommendations to address any deficiencies. This position is critical to safeguarding patient and staff health and maintaining public trust in healthcare environments.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct thorough inspections of healthcare facilities, including hospitals, clinics, nursing homes, and outpatient centers.
- Evaluate facilities for compliance with local, state, and federal health regulations, focusing on cleanliness, sanitation, infection control, and overall safety.
- Review procedures for handling hazardous materials, waste disposal, food safety, and sterilization of medical equipment.
- Identify and document violations, potential risks, and areas needing improvement.
- Provide constructive feedback and recommendations to facility management to correct issues or improve protocols.
- Follow up on corrective actions to ensure compliance within stipulated timeframes.
- Compile detailed reports of inspections, findings, and corrective measures taken or needed.
- Collaborate with public health agencies, regulatory bodies, and healthcare administrators on compliance initiatives and educational programs.
- Stay current with relevant health laws, regulations, and industry best practices.
- Respond to complaints or reports of health and safety issues, investigating and resolving them in a timely manner.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: DIPLOMA OF HEALTH OR SANITARY INSPECTOR WITH BSC HAVING STUDIED CHEMISTRY MINIMUM 01 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE IN A REPUTED SECTOR GOVT OR PRIVATE
- **Knowledge**: Strong understanding of healthcare safety standards, infection control, and applicable health regulations.

**Skills and Abilities**:

- Excellent observational and analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for reporting and advising healthcare professionals.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple inspections effectively.
- Problem-solving skills with the ability to make quick decisions during inspections.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹33,000.00 per month
