Talented architect with exceptional skills in conceptualizing large scale projects in Healthcare (Hospitals and medical colleges), corporate and IT Office spaces, Educational institutions & campus planning, commercial spaces like malls & hotels.

3 to 5 & 6to 12 years of experienced architect with working Knowledge and hand on experience in ACAD, BIM, Sketchup software.

Looking for a right brained Architect to perform all phases of architectural work including concept development, planning, and micro planning, designing, preparing design document / drawings for construction, coordination and overseeing the construction.

Prepare presentations and make design proposal presentation to client.

Have experience in controlling projects from start to finish to ensure high quality, innovative, functional, sustainable and aesthetically pleasing designs.

Required expert knowledge of building products, construction details and relevant rules, regulations and standards. Ability to compile project specification and deliver on time within the budget.
