We are hiring for **GM / DGM - Oil & GAS Technical Services & Projects**

**Qualification**: Bachelor in Engineering with MBA desirable

**Experience**:

- Minimum 15 to 20 years work experience out of which the last 5 years must have been in a senior managerial position.
- Work experience of budget planning, leading execution of the projects within budget planning & demonstrated leadership skill in client, contractor or project team & stake holder management.
- Lead Existing Technical consultancy Projects, Services & deliver results within budget and given timelines.
- Effective Stake-holder management both internal and external with an effective Business development strategy.
- Lead Project planning, Target setting and defining deliverables for Technical Services Team.
- Lead Business Development activities of Technical services by preparing Tendering strategy and business development strategy through Industry Networking and Market Intelligence
- Continuously evolve Technical Services portfolio for increasing margins and increasing turnover for the company.
- Lead Budgeting and Implementation strategies in co-ordination with Line managers to ensure Monthly / Quarterly and Annual Targets are met.
- Review and monitor Processes for enhancing the Technical services portfolio and
- Provide Effective leadership in building strong teams and optimized resources and ensure proactive grievances redressal systems and retain ship of good performers.
- Lead Client Management strategy and ensure that grievances are redressed and proactive actions are taken.

Pay: Up to ₹1,800,000.00 per year
