**Responsibilities**
- Lead strategy and development of all creative campaigns ensuring a consistent brand across channels
- Develop and oversee the vision and concept behind creative projects.
- Understand business objectives and client needs, adjusting projects accordingly.
- Demands the ability to leverage industry knowledge to provide key insights and strategic recommendations for a client's Below The Line marketing thrust.
- Requires an in-depth understanding of the latest trends in media and technology coupled with an ability to weave this knowledge into the strategic interventions you propose seamlessly.
- A passion for winning - for the client, for the Agency, for your team, and for yourself.
- Collaborating with a larger team of strategic ideators, copywriters, designers, and artists to originate and extend positioning and messaging strategies into strategic and tactical marketing campaigns
- Creating Pitch presentations and assisting in creativity with ideas, and designs.

**Requirements**:

- Relevant work experience showing strong Account Planning & Strategic Ideation skills
- References from recognised industry luminaries
- Strong analytical skills

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Experience in planning and a proven expertise in building cross-platform integrated campaigns, that deliver real results in the below-the-line space.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹300,000.00 - ₹2,600,000.00 per year
