- Face to face and/or remote daily interpersonal interaction is usually required in order to perform the job.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage wide variety projects for both new construction and tenant improvement projects.
- Develop and maintain Master Project Schedules and manage the successful execution of projects so that completion falls within intended timeframes.
- Ensure project team meets the established timelines & requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
- Manage the design process as well as Architects, Interior Designers, Consultants, Engineers, Testing - Agents, and Commissioning Agents, among others.
- Prepare RFP’s needed for vendor and contractor services as well as manage the contractor, vendor selection process.
- Monitor the budget and create cost savings for the client.
- Serve as liaison between the client, finance and vendors.
- Collaborate across all JLL platforms including transaction managers, facilities managers, building engineers, occupancy planners, low voltage managers, and move managers, among others.
- Highly organized with strong analytical skills.
- Ensure project closeouts and invoices are completed within established Client SLA for assigned Programs.
- Champion safety by ensuring JLL guidelines are followed.
- Experience with of low voltage cabling a plus.
- Any and all other duties and tasks assigned.
- Travel as needed, up to 25%.

Education & Experience
- (7+) years of relevant experience related to base building and interiors construction management.
- A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management or equivalent desired
- Corporate Real Estate/Office project management experience preferred
