**Profile Introduction**:
Join our dynamic team as a Computer Sales Representative where you will play a crucial role in driving sales and promoting our range of computer products and services. As a key member of our sales force, you will engage with customers, assess their needs, and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements. This position offers an exciting opportunity for individuals with a passion for technology and a knack for sales.

**Responsibilities**:

- Demonstrate computer products and features to customers, highlighting their benefits and advantages.
- Provide expert advice and recommendations to customers on suitable computer solutions based on their requirements.
- Close sales and achieve monthly targets by effectively utilizing sales techniques and strategies.
- Follow up with customers post-purchase to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns or issues.
- Stay updated on the latest computer technologies, products, and industry trends to provide accurate information to customers.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional activities and drive customer engagement.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of our product portfolio and pricing structures.
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management review.
- Continuously strive to enhance the customer experience and improve sales performance.
