**Designation - IT Executive**

**Roles and Responsibilities**

Complete installation and maintenance of a server
Firewall Configuration in expert level
Set up workstations with computers and necessary peripheral devices (routers, printers etc.)
Install and configure appropriate software and functions according to specifications
Develop and maintain local networks in ways that optimize performance
Check computer hardware (HDD, mouses, server, keyboards etc.) to ensure functionality
Ensure security and privacy of networks and computer systems
Provide orientation and guidance to users on how to operate new software and computer equipment
Organize and schedule upgrades and maintenance without deterring others from completing their work
Perform troubleshooting to diagnose and resolve problems (repair or replace parts, debugging etc.)
Maintain records/logs of repairs and fixes and maintenance schedule
Identify computer or network equipment shortages and place orders.
Well conversant with POS systems & it's troubleshooting,
Software Installation & Configuration
Maintaining IT Hardware & Network Infrastructure
LAN implementation
Laptop/Desktop maintenance
Troubleshooting computer issues,

1. Experience: 1 to 3 years

2. Excellent written/verbal communication skills, strong interpersonal skills

3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team are a must

4. Diploma or Bachelors degree in a computer field

Optional product or system certification

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Day range:

- Monday to Friday

Shift:

- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Amritsar, Punjab: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- IT: 2 years (required)
