Field Sales Officer

Timely punch in morning before 9:00 am Punch out on the same day. Dsr before 9am. All report should be on the given format. Telephonic orders should be mentioned in the DSR as" on call order". Every half to one hour ,1 visit should show on aap. First and last check in/out at home. Every counter check in/out with time should be mentioned in the DSR. Minimum 15 visit a day.Every month total visit should be above 450. Should carry the complete Sample kit while visiting the dealers. Should not leave market before 7pm. All report should have address and phone number of the dealers. Weekly sales report on every Monday. All Nf Dealers should convert into Frequent dealers. Minimum 100 active dealer with each SO. There should be two repeat order in a month from each dealer. Everyday 1-2 new dealers to be open. Everymonth 20 to 25 new dealers should be open, Minimum Sale per So should be 15 Lac per month. SS Meeting should be once in a week. Should have product knowledge and all product should be learnt. Find out the product,which can be sell in market but Ss is not selling. To work on each allocated tehsil properly. Should visit new area every week. To find out ,in which product replacemnt are coming more and why? To find out, the strenght and weekness of the dealers(which product is selling more, focous on selling other products). Find out the strongest dealer and increase the sales from these dealers. Take the review of the product from the market. Ecourage the dealers to achieve the dealer scheme.
