Position Title: Personal Assistant and Admin Officer

Availability: 7am to 7pm Indian time 7.5 hours each day

Monday to Friday and alternate Saturdays

Must be available to work between the above hours as per business requirements.

**Salary**: Rs 20000 to Rs 30000 depending upon experience and skill set (especially IT capabilities)

Performance review after 3 months of training

Duties and role statement:
A: Act as a personal assistant to the Principal Migration Agent
- Check and book appointments
- Maintain online booking system and update as required
- Be proactive and smart in handling client enquiries and optimising time management for the Principal Migration Agent
- Switched on, proactive and keen to learn
- Organisation and strong time management skills
- Have the ability to work autonomously but also thrive in a team environment

B) Act as a fully operational admin support:

- Organising and managing files, paperwork, and data
- Providing administrative support
- Drafting, preparing and proofreading Client’s Statement of Purpose documents
- Complete administrative duties such as making copies, answering, and directing phone calls and greeting clients
- Coordinate appointments as required, including all correspondence and logistics necessary for the Principal Migration Agent
- Manage legal and Migration documentation and correspondence in strict confidence
- Correspond with Australian Immigration, Licensed Migration Adviser, and clients
- Implement and improve upon administrative processes for more efficient workflow
- 1. Must be able to communicate well in English and handle enquiries and excellent phone manner and strong ability in written communication
- 2. Attention to detail and ability to undertake data entry relating to visa as such great attention is required

- 3. Able to prioritise tasks with a fast-moving caseload
- 4. Excellent computer skills
- 5. Confidentiality must be adhered to all times
- 6. Reliable and flexible
- 7. Readiness to learn
- 8. Does not get bored of paperwork
- 9. Must have excellent computer skills including data entry, filing, scanning, photocopying, Microsoft excel, word
- 10. Must be able to work independently without supervision
- 11. Above all must be able to take multiple instructions and prioritise work as required
- 12. Ability to handle multiple files and work on deadlines
- 13. Sales and marketing skills including developing promotions and campaigns will be an advantage
