Assistant Company Secretary

**Job Overview**: Company Secretary with 1+ Years of experience in FEMA & Secretarial Compliance. Responsible for preparing and filing returns and e-forms as per Company Act, 2013. Also responsible for the preparation and maintenance of statutory registers, drafting of annual report/directors report, and drafting of documents required for Board meetings, Shareholders meetings, and others.
**Benefits**:

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Prepare and file returns and e-forms in accordance with the Company Act, 2013.
- FEMA Compliances /RBI Compliance
- Maintain and update statutory registers.
- Draft annual reports and directors reports.
- Prepare necessary documents for Board meetings, Shareholders meetings, and other corporate events.
**Qualifications**:
- 1+ years of experience in FEMA & Secretarial Compliance
- Strong knowledge of the Company Act, 2013
- Excellent drafting and communication skills
- Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
- Team leading experience
- Proficient in MS Office
**Salary**: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
