**Responsibilities**:

- **Manage Accounts Payable and Receivable**: Prepare invoices, send them to clients, and ensure timely collection of payments.
- **Maintain Financial Records**: Record and update financial data in databases and accounting software.
- **Process Payroll**: Handle payroll tasks as required.
- **Prepare Financial Reports**: Generate regular financial reports for upper management.
- **Assist with Budgeting**: Assist in the preparation of budget forecasts and financial planning processes.
- **Ensure Compliance**: Ensure that all financial records are maintained in compliance with accepted policies and procedures.
- **Communicate with Vendors and Clients**: Speak with vendors and clients to discuss account statuses, charges, or discrepancies.
- **Perform Reconciliations**: Perform monthly bank and credit card reconciliations.
- **Internal Auditing**: Assist with internal and external auditing procedures.

**Requirements**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field is preferred

Pay: ₹9,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 8 per week
