IT Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic IT (Software Programming Language) Coordinator to join our team and oversee the use of various programming languages across our projects.

**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Evaluate and recommend programming languages and frameworks based on project requirements and industry best practices.
- Develop and maintain coding standards and guidelines for different programming languages.
- Coordinate with development teams to ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
- Conduct training sessions and workshops to educate developers on new programming languages and best practices.
- Stay updated with emerging programming languages, tools, and trends.
- Participate in code reviews and provide feedback on code quality and efficiency.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex programming language-related issues.
- Assist in the development and implementation of software architecture strategies.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Proven experience as a Software Developer with expertise in multiple programming languages.
- In-depth knowledge of programming languages such as Java, Python, C++, JavaScript, etc.
- Experience with software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum, etc.).
- Strong understanding of software architecture and design principles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lead and coordinate teams effectively.
- Analytical mindset with a focus on problem-solving.
- Experience with version control systems (Git, SVN, etc.).
- Certifications in programming languages or software development methodologies are a plus.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience with cloud computing platforms such as AWS or Azure.
- Knowledge of database management systems (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.).
- Familiarity with front-end frameworks (React, Angular, Vue.js, etc.).
- Previous experience in a leadership or coordination role.
- Contributions to open-source projects or a strong portfolio of personal projects.
