**Pay Per Click (PPC Expert)**:
Experience: 3-5 years

Qualification: B.E., B.Tech, M.E, M.Tech, MCA, MSC (IT)

We are looking for an expert Pay per Click Manager with a minimum of 3-5 years industry experience running Facebook and Google Ads campaigns.

Results driven with a focus on optimizing conversions and decreasing Cost per Lead. We typically run Call and Lead campaigns.

Your goal will be to ensure our online marketing efforts have the highest possible return on investment (ROI).

**Requirements**:

- Holds a certification with Google Ads and Facebook Ads.
- Proven experience as a PPC Manager or Digital Marketing Specialist for at least 3-5 years.
- Experience in data analysis and reporting.
- Working knowledge of analytics tools (Google Analytics).
- Excellent communication skills and positive attitude.
- Analytical thinking with strong math skills.

**Responsibilities**:

- Participate in forming effective paid search strategies.
- Launch and optimize various PPC campaigns on Google, Facebook.
- Oversee accounts on search platforms (e.g. Google Ads and Facebook).
- Be involved in keyword selection and audience targeting.
- Monitor budget and adjust bids to gain better ROI.
- Track KPIs to assess performance and pinpoint issues.
- Produce reports for management (e.g. dashboards, automated reports).
- Suggest and develop new campaigns across multiple channels.
- Find ways to reduce risk of click fraud.
- Keep abreast of PPC and SEM trends.
- The role of Media Buyer will include building out digital campaigns and doing a significant amount of campaign reporting.
- Campaign buildout tasks include setting up campaign worksheets, understanding ad platforms and specs, overseeing the QA process of ads, working with the Creative teams to improve digital ads, and delivering prepared campaigns to the Senior Management team for approval.
- Execute tests, collect and analyze data, and insights in order to achieve maximum ROI in Facebook and search campaigns.
- Should be able to manage multiple projects at any given time.
- Reporting tasks include preparing reports both externally and internally, identifying KPI performance factors and trends, and making recommendations to drive better results.
- Identify opportunities and evolving issues and interpret new technologies along with consumer reaction.
- Develop detailed understanding of media measurement as well as evaluation standards.
- Responsible for campaign budget pacing, and ensuring any under or over-spend in budget is addressed.
