**Job Summary**:

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Office Maintenance**:

- Ensure cleanliness and tidiness of the office premises.
- Cleaning and sanitizing restrooms and kitchen areas.
- Dispose of waste and recycling materials appropriately.
- Arrange and maintain office supplies such as stationery, pantry items, and cleaning supplies.
- **Assistance to Staff**:

- Assist in photocopying, scanning, and filing documents as needed.
- Run errands such as delivering documents, parcels, or messages within the office or to external contacts.
- Assist in setting up meeting rooms and arranging equipment for presentations or conferences.
- Help with basic administrative tasks, such as sorting mail and managing incoming/outgoing correspondence.
- **Miscellaneous Tasks**:

- Monitor and report any maintenance issues or repairs needed in the office.
- Assist in basic office-related tasks, including moving furniture and equipment.
- Follow safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
- Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors or management.

**Qualifications and Skills**:
