Polymer Technologist

**Location**:Kolkata

**Education**:

- BE/BTech in Polymer Science, Polymer Technology, or Chemical Technology.
- PG in Polymer Science with a BSc in Chemistry.

**Experience**:

- 5 to 8 years of relevant experience in the field.

**Core Competencies**:

- Quality Assurance: Implement and oversee quality control measures throughout the manufacturing process of polymer and rubber compounds.
- Planning & Execution: Develop and execute strategic plans for efficient production processes and timely delivery of products. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet organizational goals.
- Safety Operations: Enforce and adhere to safety protocols in all aspects of the manufacturing process. Create and maintain a safe working environment for all employees.
- Research & Development as Polymer Technologist: Drive innovation and continuous improvement in production process and technology. Stay updated with industry trends and advancements to enhance product offerings.

**Compensation (CTC)**:As per industry standards.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct quality assurance assessments to ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Plan and execute manufacturing processes to meet production targets and deadlines.
- Uphold safety standards and promote a culture of safety awareness among team members.
- Drive research and development initiatives to enhance the performance and characteristics of our products.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, engineering, and quality control, to optimize processes and resolve technical issues.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, technological advancements, and best practices in polymer science.
