Role and Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality nursing care to patients based on their individual needs, utilizing evidence-based practice and established nursing protocols.
- Assess patients' physical and mental health conditions, record vital signs, and maintain accurate patient documentation.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians, ensuring proper dosage, administration route, and patient education.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary healthcare team, including physicians, specialists, and other healthcare professionals, to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Monitor patients' responses to treatments and interventions, and report any significant changes or concerns to the appropriate healthcare providers.
- Educate patients and their families about their conditions, medications, and self-care techniques to promote optimal health and prevent complications.
- Maintain a safe and clean environment for patients, adhering to infection control protocols and ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
- Respond to emergencies and provide immediate nursing interventions to stabilize patients and initiate appropriate medical actions.
- Participate in patient advocacy activities, ensuring patients' rights are respected and their concerns are addressed effectively.
- Actively engage in professional development activities, staying updated with the latest advancements in nursing practice and healthcare technology.
- **Qualifications and Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing or GNM
- Previous experience in a clinical setting, preferably in the area of specialization (e.g., medical-surgical, critical care, pediatrics, etc.).
- Strong knowledge of nursing principles, practices, and procedures, including medication administration and patient assessment.
- Excellent clinical judgment and critical thinking skills to make timely and accurate decisions.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
- Proficient computer skills for accurate documentation and use of electronic health record systems.
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays, as required by the healthcare facility.

**Salary**: ₹13,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
