Delivery Incharge

(1) Verifies that all sales documentation and related paperwork have been correctly and fully completed.

(2) Supervises delivery preparation of all sold vehicles, ensuring that purchased options have been properly installed and that all features are fully operational.

(3) Provide support in pick-up and delivery of products according to customer orders.

(4) Plan and coordinate product delivery activities to ensure accurate and timely deliveries to customers.

(5) Obtain customer orders for product deliveries including product style, color, delivery date, address, and phone number

(6) Contact customers to confirm delivery date and address.

(7) Respond to delivery related inquiries and concerns from customers.

(8) Make last-minute order adjustments as requested by customers

(9) Notify customers about any delivery delays in advance.

(10) Schedule deliveries and prepare delivery documentations

(11) Process driver payrolls and review driver paperwork for shipments.

(12) Provide outstanding services and ensure customer satisfaction.

(13) Handle and transport hazardous products safely

(14) Track the status of product deliveries and resolve any issues promptly.

(15) Load and unload products from trucks using pallet jack and forklift.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
