**Responsibilities**:

- Product Testing and Certification:Perform microbiological testing on food products to evaluate safety and quality based on established indicators.

Review test results and sign off on certificates to release stock for distribution.
- Product Shelf Life Testing:Conduct shelf life testing to assess the quality and freshness of food products over time.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to determine optimal shelf life guidelines.
- Product Quality Control (QC) Testing:Conduct regular QC testing on food products according to chemical parameters set during production.

Ensure adherence to industry standards and internal specifications.
- Sanitation and Hygiene:Maintain a high level of sanitation and hygiene within the plant and equipment.

Implement and enforce proper cleaning procedures to prevent contamination.
- Documentation and Certification:Prepare and maintain quality control documentation, plant-related reports, and records required for certification, inspection, and audit processes.

Ensure accuracy and completeness of all documentation.

**Requirements**:

- Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Microbiology or a related field.

1-3 years of experience working in a microbiology role within the food industry.
- Technical Skills:Proficiency in microbiological testing techniques and procedures.

Familiarity with chemical parameters for QC testing of food products.
Knowledge of food safety regulations and industry standards.
- Analytical Skills:Ability to analyze and interpret test results accurately.

Strong attention to detail to ensure precise documentation and reporting.
- Communication:Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate findings effectively.
- Organizational Skills:Effective time management and organizational abilities to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

**Job Type**: Regular / Permanent

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
