**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Build and manage a database** of potential delegates.
- **Provide event information** and address any questions from potential attendees.
- **Follow up on leads** to convert them into confirmed delegates.
**Qualifications**:
- **Excellent communication skills** (both written and verbal).
- Goal-oriented, motivated, and able to work independently.
- Basic proficiency in MS Office or CRM tools is a plus.
- **Strong Communication Skills**: Clear, confident, and effective verbal communication is essential.
- **Customer Service Orientation**: Ability to handle queries, objections, and complaints with a customer-focused approach.
- **Persuasiveness**: Strong negotiation and influencing skills to convert leads or sales.
- **Patience and Resilience**: Capable of handling rejections and difficult customers without losing composure.
- **Active Listening**: Ability to understand customer needs and respond appropriately.
- **Target-Driven Attitude**: Motivation to meet or exceed sales or call quotas.
- **Product Knowledge**: A good understanding of the product or service being offered.
- **Time Management**: Efficiently managing call time and follow-ups.
- **Adaptability**: Flexibility to work in a fast-paced, changing environment.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
