Preparing Proforma invoices for advance payment
- Processing order by punching sales order in the software
- Coordinating the order through production department, to ensure timely readiness of goods.
- Coordinating with the purchase department for timely procurement of raw material.
- Communicating dispatch schedules to logistics department to ensure timely dispatches.
- Maintain export files in an organized and catalogued system
- Timely coordination with freight forwarder for booking vessels.
- Prepare and review export documentation for customs purpose.
- Submit timely document instructions to freight forwarders.
- Managing Client Account till the final product get deliver to end user

**JOB SEPCIFICATION**:

- Any Bachelor’s
- Diploma in Export & Import will be an added advantage
- Impressive communication and interpersonal skills
- Should able to work well with the team
- Good Excel knowledge
- Mathematically good.
- Good communication skills

**EXPERIENCE**:
1-3 Years (preferably from Manufacturing Industry only)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
