**The role?**
**Main Responsibilities & Key Result Areas**
- Coordinate and manage operations of our diverse international joint ventures, ensuring all parties align with shared objectives and contractual obligations.
- Maintain thorough understanding of each joint venture's shareholders agreement; monitor and ensure compliance with these agreements.
- Schedule and coordinate Board of Directors meetings for each joint venture;
- prepare agendas, document proceedings, and follow up on action items.
- Collaborate with finance, operations, and legal teams to ensure all joint venture activities adhere to company policies, local laws, and international regulations.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all joint venture partners, facilitating clear and efficient communication across different time zones and cultural contexts.
- Regularly monitor and report on the financial and operational performance of each joint
venture.
- Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate risks related to joint venture operations and
performance.
- Work with partners and internal stakeholders to ensure all contractual obligations are met in a timely manner.
- Take minutes of meetings.
- Other ad-hoc tasks as requested.

**Essential**:
- Recognized business degree or related experience required.
- Proven experience in joint venture coordination, partnership management, or a similar role, particularly in an international context.
- Demonstrate an understanding of corporate finance, commercial operations, compliance, and shareholders agreements.
- Exceptional project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously across various geographical locations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to navigate different cultural contexts and build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- High level of proficiency in reading and interpreting complex contractual documents.
**Preferred**:
- Ability to travel internationally as required.
