Position Overview:
Key Responsibilities:
1. Product Familiarization: Develop a comprehensive understanding of our solar rooftop, lighting, and pump solutions, including technical specifications, benefits, and financial aspects such as return on investment (ROI) and cost savings.

2. Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify potential customers, assess their needs, and understand local market trends and competitor offerings.

3. Customer Visits: Visit domestic and industrial locations within your assigned area to promote our solar products, educate customers on their benefits, and address any questions or concerns.

4. Lead Generation: Proactively identify and pursue leads through various channels such as cold calling, networking, referrals, and attending industry events or trade shows.

5. Consultative Selling: Utilize a consultative approach to sales by understanding customer requirements, recommending appropriate solar solutions, and providing customized proposals and quotations.

6. Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, contractors, and other stakeholders to foster trust, loyalty, and repeat business.

7. Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate terms and conditions of sales agreements, overcome objections, and close deals to achieve sales targets and revenue goals.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Previous experience in sales, preferably in the solar energy industry or related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence customers.
- Technical aptitude and ability to understand and explain complex solar energy concepts and financial calculations.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills, with a customer-centric approach to selling.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented, with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the assigned area.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification preferred but not mandatory.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
