Printing Operator

**Shubhavi** is a dynamic venture specializing in two areas: the production of high-quality ready-made garments for B2B markets, and a sustainable initiative dedicated to manufacturing eco-friendly paper bags. Our facility in **Kalyan, Maharashtra**, houses advanced machinery for crafting both V-bottom and square-bottom paper bags, addressing the growing need for environmentally conscious packaging solutions.

**Responsibilities**:

- Operates various types of printing machines including offset, letterset, and screen printers, specially Flexo machine
- Reviews client requests to understand scope and parameters of print jobs.
- Determines quantities of consumables required for print job.
- Matches colors for print job per job request.
- Aligns and configures machinery.
- Inspects random production samples to evaluate quality of printings.
- Maintains inventory of supplies needed to operate printing machines.
- Troubleshoots issues with printing machine and makes basic repairs.
- Performs routine maintenance on printing machines.
- Drafts and submits reports for daily production totals.
- Maintains a clean area around printing machinery.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹9,800.08 - ₹31,986.95 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Fixed shift

Supplemental Pay:

**Experience**:

- printing operator: 5 years (preferred)
