Chief Financial Officer

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our leadership team. The CFO will play a critical role in guiding Torus Design Lounge's financial strategy and ensuring the company's financial health and sustainability. This is an exciting opportunity for a strategic financial leader to contribute to the growth and success of our organization.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement financial strategies to support Torus Design Lounge's long-term goals and objectives.
- Oversee all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
- Monitor financial performance and provide regular reports to the CEO and board of directors.
- Manage cash flow, liquidity, and capital allocation to optimize financial resources.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulations, and tax requirements.
- Lead financial risk management efforts and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with financial institutions, investors, and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with other departments to support strategic decision-making and resource allocation.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to the team, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
- Proven experience as a CFO or senior financial executive, preferably in the creative or design industry.
- Strong financial acumen and strategic thinking abilities.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and analysis.
- Experience with financial software and systems.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and lead through change.
