Barista/all Rounder

As a Barista at Twin Brothers & Company, you will be responsible for crafting and serving high-quality coffee beverages and providing excellent customer service to our patrons. You will work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment where attention to detail, efficiency, and friendly demeanor are essential.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Prepare and Serve Beverages**: Craft a variety of coffee beverages, including espresso, cappuccino, latte, and specialty drinks, adhering to standardized recipes and quality standards. Ensure all beverages are prepared accurately and efficiently.
- **Customer Service**: Greet customers warmly, take orders, and provide recommendations when necessary. Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor while interacting with customers, ensuring a positive experience for all patrons.
- **Operate Equipment**: Operate espresso machines, grinders, and other coffee-making equipment proficiently. Maintain cleanliness and functionality of all equipment, following safety and sanitation guidelines.
- **Cash Handling**: Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently, including processing payments, issuing receipts, and providing correct change. Maintain cash register and reconcile cash drawer at the end of each shift.
- **Maintain Cleanliness**: Keep workstations, equipment, and café area clean and organized at all times. Follow cleaning schedules and procedures to ensure a hygienic environment for both staff and customers.
- **Stock and Inventory Management**: Monitor inventory levels of coffee beans, syrups, cups, and other supplies. Restock as needed and communicate inventory needs to management. Assist with receiving deliveries and storing supplies properly.
- **Menu Knowledge**: Familiarize yourself with the café's menu offerings, including coffee selections, pastries, and other items. Be able to answer customer inquiries regarding ingredients, allergens, and preparation methods.
- **Adherence to Policies and Procedures**: Follow company policies, procedures, and guidelines at all times, including food safety regulations, health codes, and quality standards. Maintain a professional appearance and adhere to dress code requirements.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience as a barista or in a similar role preferred.
- Knowledge of coffee preparation techniques and espresso beverages.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable attitude.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Basic math skills for cash handling and transactions.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and responsibilities.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

**Physical Requirements**:

- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Comfortable working in a crowded and busy environment.
- Ability to bend, stoop, and reach to perform various tasks.

**Salary**: ₹8,086.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
