Role & Responsibilities: - Take charge of nurturing client accounts by uncovering new opportunities, generating leads, fostering engaging content, and collaborating on the development of innovative features to enhance Draup Platform capabilities and elevate user experience.
- Proficient in conducting both primary and secondary research, utilizing platforms such as LinkedIn and other professional mediums to generate new leads and potential clients.
- Participate in targeted database development and maintenance, conduct follow-up activities, deliver client presentations, create proposals, respond to RFP/RFI, develop sales collaterals, and oversee closure processes. - Accountable for establishing and sustaining current relationships while actively monitoring thedevelopment of new connections.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with existing clients through effective account management andrelationship management practices.
- Assist the CEO and senior stakeholders during meetings and contribute to client management efforts.
